Mr. Foreman and Gentlemen:
I have the honor to submit mj
report as tax collector of Baldwin
county for the past six' months of
1929. I invite your inspection of
my office.
I regret to state there is still
large amount of uncollected taxes
this county. In communicating wi
delinquents, and calling on them
personally I find a large per cent of
them seem to treat this matter
little concern. It is my opinion if
there is not ?ome forces put in opera
tion to expedite the collection of ta:
in this county that the amount of un
paid taxo,-. will continu? to increasi
from year to year.
