2 cups ground ham (1 pound.)
1 cup broad crumbs
1 cup milk
2 egg .
1-4 teaspoonful dry mustard
1-4 tcaspoonful black pepper
Mix ham and bread crumbs well.
Add beaten eggs, and milk—Add
seasonings—grease and heat loaf
pan—(this prevents the loaf from
sticking) before putting in mixture—
Rake in moderate oven until well
browned 350 degrees. Double this
recipe fills a loaf pan.

extract—fold in egg whites—line
