on the first Tuesday in September,
1929, the following described land,
to-wit:
That tract or parcel of land in the
105th District, G. M. of said state
and four in Square No. 70 in the
city of Milledgeville, Baldwin Coun
ty, Georgia, fronting West one hun
dred feet on Columbia Street, and
running back East two hundred ten
feet, bounded as follows*
On the North by the lands of F.
W. Hendrickson, lands of the estate
of G. T. Whilden and lands former
ly owned by Hunter McComb,
East by lands formerly owned by

consisting of boards 1x4, 1x6, 1x8,
1x10, and 1x12 and 2x4 scantling.
The said lumber is stacked on the
land .above described about 200 yards
from Butts Crossing.
The lumber above described be
ing bulky and it being impractical,
inconvenient and expensive to trans
port the same it will not be brought
to the court house, prospective bid
ders may inspect the lumber on the
land above described at a point of
about 200 yards from Butts Crossing,
where said lumber is now stacked.
The above described property was
found in the possession of A. I.
Butts and was levied on as the
property of A. I. ButU to satisfy a
fi. fn.* issued from the Superior
Court of said county in favor of
Jeanes & Robinson, a partnership,
against A. I. Butts and D. T. Butts.
The tenant in poscssion has been
notified of the levy and time and
place of sale.
