add egg whites unbeaten (all whites
together) .and heat several minutes
add flour and milk alternately, add
baking powder with last part

Cream well 1 cup of sugar with
half a cup of butter and add 8 egg
yolks unbeaten. Alix well and add
1 cup of grapejuice and cook thick
enough to spread. Stir mixture
constantly while cooking Add 1 cup
nut meats, l’cup raisin?, 1 cup of

1 1-4 lb. brown sugar

nuts in a meat grinder, mix all to
gether. spread about 3-4 theik in a
flat pun and bake until done. i
As soon as cool enough, cut in I
