E. church held in Milledge ville next week, which will b^ing more than a hundred delegates to th city. The conference will open Tuto day night with Bishop R. A. Carter presiding. Rev. Kelley, the local jr, has arranged a program for the opening exercises. Bishop Car ter, who is one of the ablest colored preachers in the State, will preach at the C. M. E. church Sunday, October 6th. Dr. Marvin Parks and Dr. J. E. Kidd were «n the group too. I had the pleasure of associating with them after I had passed out of my teen3 and stepped over the threshold of manhood.
