Soak bread in milk, let cool, add M

Cream suet, combine mixtures and
spices and cordial. Fold in whites of a

Graham Spice Cake
Ingredients:
1-2 cup butter
1-4 cup sugar
3 eggs (separated)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups finely rolled grahsni crack-
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 teaspoon nutmeg
1-4 teaspoon cloves
1-2 tcaspon fait
3 teaspons baking powder
1 cup mlik
1 cup chopped nuts
Direction*:
Cream together the butter and
sugar well; add egg yolks unbeaten
and mix well. Add vanilb Sift the
cracker crumbs to make sure tV-y are
fine. Then add the spices, salt and
baking powder to the crumbs and add
the dry mixture alternately with the
milk to the creamed mixture. Add
nuts nnd beat well. Lastly add the
stiffy beaten egg whites. Bake in
two layers in a moderate oven
(350 Degrees) for approximately 30
minutes.

Nut Kiue.
5 egg whites
1 1-2 cups fugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1-4 teaspoon baking powder
Vanilla
Add baking powder to whites and
beat until stiff. Add sugar slowly,
then nuts and favoring. Drop by
spoonfuls on lightly rt r eased pans
and bake in slow oven.
