Mr. S. D. Stembrhlge, collector of statistics, m th; county, stated that this: figure was pratically complete. While the As ocintion of Fairs had the co-opera tion of various agencies in the State In inducing Mr. Legge to come to Georgia, yet the main credit is due to Judge Larsen. The President of the Association asked Judge Larsen se%- eral weeks ago to extend the invita tion to Mr. Legge upon behalf of the As-ociation to make the princi pal address. Despite the fact that Mr. Legge had a previous engage ment and -at first declined the invi tation, Congref«man Larsen with his colleague Congressman Vinson kept speak at two P.
