My dear 8ir:
Knowing the deep interest that
you have in agriculture and agricul
tural credit, 1 desire to call yoar at
tention to the fact that on Febrnanr

' zing the appropriation of $7,000,-
900 to enable the fanner? of our
' ct<*on and other southeastern stataa
to burrow money so they can make
♦heir crop this year.
The loan is for the purpose of bupw
■ng seed, feed and fertilizer and will
'<e made in accordance with rules and
regulations that prevailed la t year.
During 1929 the farmers of Bald
win county borrowed from a similar

31st had pa r d back $8,294.01, or 90
per cert of the amount that was !oan-

they made and it was on such show
ings that we were able to get the
<rn this year.
The money to be leaned will bte
’a-dled in the tame manner it ’
Inst year. Those interested should
i"e the County Agent or the local
comrftittee that has it in .charge.
I remain.
