reason of the fact that the taxes due
on said property have not been paid.
Mrs. Mary W. Grimes ha\ ng de

of said deed to secure debt and note,
the tract of land above described

Estate of the said Mrs. Mary W.
Grimes, and for the purpose of pay

Raid indebtedness being in the prin
