Ga., March 4, 1930 • Si.Me i 1 was very sorry that I could not attend Bru. Lee's funeral. When Bro. Moore called me over the tele phone I thought that 1 would have time to get there by 2:00 o’clock and told him I would come. But when I though) over it, I realized that 1 could not get ready and drive down in my Ford by two o'clock, so I called up Millcdgevillc and taked to Bro. Welch, Bro. Moore not being at home, and requested him to tell you circumstances were such that 1 could not come. I loved Bru. Lee and all hir. fam ily. we were as ociuted as pastor peo ple so long that we were drawn very dost* to one another. We will mi«s Bro Lee. His place will be vacant in the home. His love for hi? home and for his family was beautiful. I have seldom seen a husband and father more devoted to his family The church will miss him. lie wus a faithful, loyal mem ber of the church Our loss is his gain. We know where to find him. Wt feel that he is at rest. May our Good Father in heaven bless you, Sister Lee, in this trying hour. Strengthen and comfort you. Give my love to ouch member of the family.
