ing Compnny respectfully shows as

1. That it was incorporated by j
virtue of an order and judgment of

term of twenty (20) years on the
10th day of June, 1924.
That it now desires to sur
render to the State its said charter
and franchises ns a corporation
be dissolved by order and decree of
this Honorable Court.
3. That such dis-olution may be
allowed without 'injustice to any
stockholder or to any person having
claims or demands of any character

4. That it has disposed of all of
its property and has paid, or provid
ed for the payment of, all demands
nd obligations of every kind owing
by it to any person or persons.
That at a special meeting of
