Dr. E. W. Veal has returned to
his home in Jacksonville, Fla., after

daughter, have returned to their
home in Columbia. S. C., after a

Mr. O. F. Veal has returned to
the hospital in Macon, and under

Dr. Henry Carr, of Mexioo City,
is visiting his father, Mr. A. J. Carr.
Dr. Carr is connected with Rocke-
fellow Foundation and has spent
sevetal years in Mexico. His many
friends here are giving him a cor
dial welcome to his native heath.
Mr. Alexander Britt, who has,
Asbury, while not unexpected, was j
heard with the deepest regret by
her hundred* of friends in this city.
After funeral sendees the remains
were brought to MilledgeviUe fojJ
Interment, reaching here at ten o’
clock Tuesday morning over the
Georgia Raliroad. They were met
by numbers of relatives and friend?,
and carried to the Joseph A Moore
Funeral Home, where they remained
until half-past two in the afternoon

ledgeville Methodist church "held
their last meeting of the conference
year Tuseday evening. The finances
of the church were gone into and
