Mr. Quillian has been Presiding
Elder of the Dalton District for four
years, and has made his home in
Dalton. He is recognized as one of
the strongest, most consecrated and
scholarly preachers in the Confer
ence, and has filled some of its most
important pulpits. His ministry has
always been most acceptable to the
congregations he has served and he
always carries with him to his
