ers of sale contained in a certain
deed to secure a debt executed by
D. T. Butts to Mrs. May Wright
Cobb, of Portsmouth, Virginia,
which said instrument is now of

the Superior Court of said Baldwin
County. Georgia, in Deed Book
Number 6, at page 158, and to which
said deed and the record of the

having been executed on August 4th,

highest bidder for cash, within the
legal hours of sale, on the First
Tuesday (7th day) of April, 1931.

August 4th, 1919, to the day of said
sale, and for the further purpose of
paying all costs of this proceeding.

having become past due and unpaid
and default in the payment of the

Notice is hereby given that said
sale will be made subject to the lien
of any or all unpaid State and Coun
ty Taxes that may be now due
