a bridge party given by Miss Dorothy
Parka at her home on the hill.

Quantities of vari-colored flowers
were arranged in vares and bowls
throughout the home to contribute
their beauty and frangrance to the
occasion.
Late in the evening a salad course
was served. Mite Parks was assisted

The grocers of Milledgevilie in a meeting on Wednesday af
ternoon decided lo open at 8 a. m. and close at 6 p. m. six
days in the week.
