makers of raid security deed and
all other persons concerned that the
undersigned Exchange Bank of Mil-
ledgeville, Georgia, wll under the
powers contained tn said security
deed, sell at public outcry, to the
highest bidder for cash, before the
courthouse door in said County,
within the legal hours of sale, on the
27th day of December, 1933,

improving the streets on which the
above described tracts of lands abut
and subject to the bonds issued on
said assessments.
The undersigned will execute and
deliver such conveyance to the pur

authorized and provided, to-wit: the
fee simple title to said land and
