complimenting Miss Dorothy Parks,
whose marriage will be an important

Echetah country club was thrown
open for the reception of the guestn
Thanksgiving decoration* of fall
leaves, chrysanthemums and vines
created a lovely scene. Tallie cards
of a bride d fc rign were used to mark
the places of the guests at the tables
that had been arranged at intervals
throughout the room. After several
progt cssions of comrnct a delicious
salad and sweet course was served.

assisted in entertaining by Mrs. E.

W. E. Bass and Mrs. lone Bass

Stewart Wootten, and Mrs. Francis

year, which began Sunday, were
made. Sandwiches and coffee were
