Pulman Surcharge Eliminated
Passenger fares on thc Central of Georgia Railway system
and other railroads in the Southeast have been reduced 44 per cent
for an experimental perod of six months. The rate per mile for
travel in coaches has been reduced from 3.0 cents to 2 cents, and
for travel in Pullman cars to 3 cents without surcharge. Similar
reductions \re in effect on all railroads west of tho Missiiwinpi
River.
Round trip tickets, good in all classes of equipment, are on
sale every day. with 30 day limit 2 1-2 cents per mile; the 16 day
limit is 2 cents per mile.
Round trip Winter Tourist tickets to resorts in Alabama,

These reductions in passenger fares make travel by train tho

can relax, read, rest, recreate, sleep, dine, smoke, play cords and
other games. Trains arc steamheated in cold weather and cooled
by fans ar.d other means in warm weather. Ice water and sanitary
drinking cups ore provided.
You don’t have to worry about thc other fellow’s responsibility
when traveling by train—thc railroad is thoroughly responsible for
your safety. Picked men with years of experience and perodical
exnm nat'or for eyesight and physical fatness run trains.
Our through trains between the Northwest, and Georgia, Ala
bama and Florida are—The Seminole—The Floridan, via Birming
ham; Dixie Flyer—Dixie Limted—The Southland—The Flamingo,
v : a Atlanta. These trains are equipped with Coaches, Pulhnan,
Dining i: id Observation cars. They offer you thc best of every
thing in Train Travel.
Inquire of thc railroad Passenger or Ticket Agent, he will
quote you rates and achedules, tell you of the several route* and
assist you in planninr jronr trip.
