will meet on Thursday evening at
7:30 o’clock at the Masonic Hall. All
members are invited to be present.

Children of the American Revolu

with Master June Bell. A Christmas
Program was enjoyed and after the
opening procedure of the meet ug
Christmas poems were read and
stories told. Christmas carols were
sung by all the members.
At the conclusion of the meeting,
delicious refreshments were served.

MRS. MARION DONNELLY GUEST
AT MISCELLANEOUS SHOWER.
'Mrs. Marion Donnelly was the
honor guest at a miscellaneous show,
or given by Miss Christine Darden
Tuesday evening of last week. The
hostess was assisted in entertaining
by Mrs. T. J. Darden ai.d Mrs. Frank
Davis. . >. »
A color scheme of yellow and
green was carried out in the attrac
tive decroations. Yellow chrysanthe
mums prevailed amr.og the flowers
used. Bridge was played, h-gh score
being won by Hilda Jackson and low
by Susie Butts. A delicious salad and
sweet course was served. After re-
freshmenst a telegram was received
by Mrs. Donnelly telling her to get
the clothes in before the shower
came and the lovely gifts were open
ed and enjoyed by all.
The guests included Mrs. Donnelly,
Misses Alma 'Sims, Elizabeth Skin
ner, Annie Moore, Louise Baker,
Margarita Murphy, Harold Roberto,
Hilda and Fannie Cole Jackson,
Ethel Veal, Susie and Julia Butts,
