having prcrously been elected, they
were Installed as follows: President,

The members were divided into
groups, with Olive Martin Captaii
of group one, and Martha Daniel

Tho Legion Auxiliary will have
its monthly meeting on February
13th in place of the usual date. At
this time a dinner will be given by
the Auxiliary to the Legionnaires
and all of the members of Morris*

1. That they are the trustees of (
the society of “Sons of Wisdom and
Daughters of Life’’.
2. That f«id society was incorpo-.
rated by a judgment of the Superior
Court of said county entered on
April 15, 1911, for a term of twenty j
years and the aaid charter expired
on April 15, 1931.
3. The said corporation had no
eapita! stock and was not created j
for pecuniary gain, but for the or-,
sanitation of a fraternal and social,
order for the purpose of mutual aid
and benefit to its members.
4. Th' said corporation has con-
tiraed in business in ignorance of
the expiration of its charter, and on
December 23, 1933, all of the mem
bers of the Board of Trustees, to-
wit, your petitioners, at a meeting of
the society and corponrtion, held *tj
2:00 o'clock P. M., authorised by
resolution the hereinbefore named
trustees to apply for a renewal and
revival of the said charter granted
by this Court on April 15. 1911, for
a period of fifty years and also au
thorized said trustees to apply to the
Court for a change of name of the
said corporation from “Sons of Wis
dom and Daughters of Life’’ to
‘tSons of Wisdom and Daughters of
Life, Lodge Number One” a copy of
said resolution is attached to th’S
petition.
