Miss Eberhart Becomes Bride Of
Mr. ChamWee at Impressive Ceremony
The marriage of Miss Coressa
Eberhart and Mr. Wallace Chamblee
of Zebulon, North Carolina,
solemnized at a beautiful ceremony
at 5:30 o’lcocfc Thursday afternoon.

'Reverend Albert Grady Harris of
Macon, former pastor of the church,
performed the ceremony.

carried out in the decorations. State
ly palms and ferns formed a back
ground for the tall white yuccas. On
either side of the baskets df peach
gladioli were arranged seven branch
ed candelabras with lighted tapers.
The aisle leading to the alter was
marked with yucca blossom tips tied
with green tulle bows.
Before the entrance of the bridal
party, a program ct nuptial music
was rendered by MLsa Katherine
Weaver at the organ. Miss Louise
jeancs sang “Because” and "All for
You." The Bridal Chorus from Wag
ner s Lohengrin was played for the
processional and Mendelsohn’s Wed
ding March was used for the reces-
sioual.
The bride entered upon the arm
of her father who gave her ir. mar
riage and was met at the altar by
the groom and his father. Mr. Mil
lard B. Chamblee. who was best
man. The bride was lovely in a
princess gown of ivory hand made
lace. The gown was imported from
the Phillipine Islands and is a fam
ily heirloom. She wore a picture hat
nf leghorn trimmed in brown taffeta
and carried an arm bouquet of del-
pheniums, snap dragons, asters, and
shasta daisies. She was attended by
lur sister. Miss Willitta Eberhart
maid of honor. Miss Eberhart's gown

man roses tied with brown tulle.

the Court of Ordinary of said county,
the undersigned will sell at public
outcry on the first Tuesday in Sep
tember, 1935, between the legal
hours of sale, before the courthouse
door of said county, to the highest
bidder for cash, the following de-
cribed property, to-wit:
Four shares of the Capital Stock
of Exchange Bank of Milledgeville.
Georgia, of the par value of one
hundred dollars per share, evidenced
by Certificate Number 61.
Said shares of stock will be offered
for sale one share at the time.
The unoersigned will execute to
the purchasers proper conveyances
to said shares of stock.

The said Millie McGregoi has de
faulted in the payment of principal
and interest due on the note de
scribed in said deed, and has failed
to pay the taxes assessed against said
property for the years 1931, 1932,
1933. and 1934, aggregating $43.40,
nhd has failed to pay irfsuifence
premiums on said property aggregat
ing $12.00, which taxes and insur
ance has been paid by the under
signed. By reason of said default the
power of sale contained in said deed
has become operative. Said sale will
be made for the purpose of raising
funds to pay the note which said
deed was given to secure, and which
the date oi sale will amount to
$496.06, as well as $43.40 taxes and
$12.00 insurance premium paid by
the undersigned. Said several sums
aggregate $551.48, to which will be
added the cost of this proceeding.
The balance of tho proceeds arising
from said sale, if any, will be de
livered to said Millie McGregor.
The undersigned will execute a
deed to the purchaser as authorized
in said security deed.

of the indebtednesses secured by a
deed to secure debt executed by J.
N. B: /an to The Milledgeville Bank
ing Company, dated January 22,
1932, and recorded in the Clerk's
office of Baldwin County Superior
Court in Deed Book Number 15. at
page 445, the undersigned being the
holder and owner of the original
loan note and the deed which secures
it has declared the full amount of
the indebtedness of J. N. Bryan
to said bank to be due and payable,
and, acting under the power cf sale
contained in said deed, for the pur
pose of raising funds with which to
pay said indebtednesses, will on the
third day of September, 1935, during
the legal hours of sale at the court
house door in Baldwin County, sell
to the highest bidder for cash, the
land and property described in and
conveyed by said deed, to-wit:
That certain lot or parcel of land
lying in the City of Milledgeville,
in Baldwin County. Georgia, being
part of Lot No. 3 In City Square
Number 48 according to the plan of
said city, the same lying on the
south side of Screvin Street and is
bounded as follows: Commencing at
the comer of the lot formerly known
as the Mrs. Sarah J. Vaughn lot,
running thence west along Scriven
Street fifty-four feet; thence running
south one hundred five feet, more
or less, to the lands of Mrs. Henry
Vinson; thence running east fifty-
four feet; thence running north one
hundred five feet, more or less, to
the starting point. Being all of that
land which was conveyed to J. N.
Bryan by Mrs. Lura C. Rogers by a
deed recorded in the aforesaid
Clerk’s office in Deed Book Hex 14
at pages 435-6.
Said land will be offered for salt
and sold subject to the lien, if any*
of any or all legally chargable un
paid state and county taxes due on
the same.
The undersigned will ex .cute and
deliver a deed to the purriiaaer at
said sale as is authorized by the
aforementioned loan deed.
