1917, (Acts 1917, Extraordinary Ses
sion, pp. 7, 16) notice is hereby
given that proceedings have been
instituted in said court to condemn
the folowing described property:
One 1929 Model A. Ford Panel
Truck. Motor Number unknown:
said property having been seized by
J. F. Vinson and A. R. Minor,
County Policemen of said county,
the 21st day of September, 1935. The
said automobile was stored in the
garage of A. C. Tennille located
the north side of East Greene
Street in the city of Milledgeville,
of said state and county. Said auto
mobile containing therein alcoholic,
malt, spirituous, vinous and intoxi
cating liquors contrary to law, and
the owner and lessee erf said prop
erty. E any, being each unknown.
Said condemnation proceeding was
filed In said court on the 2flth day
of September, 1935, and this notice
is published by the clerk of said
court by virtue of an order of Hon
orable Edward R. Hines, judge
said court; dated the 26th day
September. 1935, and unless a -
fense is filed within thirty di
from the date of the filing cf said
petition judgment by default will be
