F. Montgomery, of this city. Mr. Spivey was killed when his car fell from a automatic alemiting lift at a filling station. Funeral ser vices will be held in Eatonton, his former home. lie is survived by his wife, one son. mother. Mrs. W. S. Spivey and five sisters. Brown, young white man of Bibb county by Governor Talmadge.' Brown was arrested with a boy. named Webb and other boys uv Ma con several years ago and charged with being a member of a gang at- j tempting hold-ups and robberies. H? was only seventeen years old at the time. He plead guilty and was given a sentences of three years. Because of his youth Governor Talmadge pardoned him after her had served about half of the time. Brown was the son of John G.
