To Professional Men Special Professional Tax Now Due and Payable Upon each and every practitioner of law, medicine, osteopathy, chiropractic, chiropodist, dentistry, optometry, masseur, public accountant or embalmer, and upon every civil, mechanical, hydraulic or electrical engineer or architect charging for their services as such, the slate law provides that there shall be levied and collected a special tax of $15.00, and the validity of license is made contingent upon the payment of same.
