Robert Herndon entertained a small group of his friends at a pic ture show party cn Saturday after noon celebrating his sixth birthday. After the children enjoyed the pic ture at the Campus Theatre, they were served refreshments at Ben- ford’s Drug Store. Those invited were Richard and| Frances Powell Binion. Marjorie and Col. Joe H. Jenkins, president of the Georgia Military College, will be the principal speaker for the occas ion. Colonel Jenkins will be intro duced by Mr. Joe T. Andrew’s, prom inent local insurance man. Miss Maggie Jenkins, church choir leader, will be in charge of the musical program. Officers for the next year will be named at this meeting, according to Maj.
