Mr. and Mrs. J. O. Etheridge, of
Coopers, Ga., announce the mar
riage of their daughter, Shirley Mae,
to Mr. R. L. Farmer, formerly of
Irwin ton, now of MiUedgeville.
The ceremony was performed by
Rev. T. E. Fanner at his residence
in Hn-dwick on the 11th of Febru
ary, in the presence of a few rela
tives and friends.
Mrs. Farmer has been a long and
trusted employee of Allen’s Invalid
Home and has many friends in MU-
ledgeville and this aectim of thc
state.
Mr. Farmer, who is the son of
Rev. and Mrs. T. E. Farmer, accept
ed a position with Allen’s Invalid
Home more than a year ago. He is a
f man of fine character and
has made numerous friends since
coming to this city.
Mr- and Mrs. Farmer left fer a
short wedding trip after the cere
mony. They are now making their
home in Hardwick.
