UPON the petition of Isreal Phillips, jun., setting
forth that he is in possession of a certain mort
gage deed, made and executed by Nathan P. Willard,
bearing date on the eighteenth day of February, 1836,
by which deed of mortgage the mortgager conveyed to
the said Isreal Phillips, jun. a certain lot of land, situ
ated, lying and being in the city of Columbus and coun
ty and State aforesaid, known and disiinguished in the.
plan of said city by lot number seventy-two, containing
one half acre, more or less, known as the property of
the Columbus Hotel, a'd also lot number seventy-six,
in said city, which said mortgage was given to secure
the payment of three several promissory notes, made
by the said Nathan P. Willard,bearing even date with
said mortgage, payable to the said Isreal i-hillips, jun..
one for five nun Ired and ten dollars, due three months
afterdate, one for five hundred and twenty dollars, due
six months after date, one for one thousand ari l eighty
dollars, due twelve mon’hs aft. r date, which said notes
have nor been paid. It is, therefore, on motion, order
ed, that the said Nathan P. Willard pay over into the
Clerk’s office of the Superior Court of Muscogee coun
ty, on or before the first day of the next term of this
Court, the full amount of principal, interest and cost
due on said notes, or that the equity of redemption to
the said morgaged premises be forever foreclosed ;
and that a copy of this rule be served upon the said
Nathan P. Willard, by publication in some public ga
zette in this State once a month, for four months be
fore the next Court.

under the Liver Complaint, together with the
Rheumatism, for seven years, and having been subject
to spasm fits for twenty-nine years, and had the atten
tion of ten of the most skilful Physicians, without re
ceiving a cure ; and after all her friends and Physi
cians had given her up for lost., application was made
to Dr. Cyrus Cotton, with whose attention she was
able to walk in three days, which was the first walking
she had done for seven months previous.

co inty. About five hundred acres of the above settle
ment is cleared, and in a good slate of cultivation.—
The land is of good quality, well watered, and quite
productive, and could be divided so as to form two or
three good set dements. On the premises there is a
snug grist mill, good gin house ano packing screw, and
other necessary buildings.
I likewise wish to sell my interest in a set of mills
near Lumpkin. They were formerly owned by Wil
liam! & Denard. They have latterly been rebuilt
throughout, and are now in very successful operation
The mill settlement contains about eight hundred and
fifty acres of land, mostly pine woods, and generally
well set with good pine timber.
I want to sell all the above described land. My
terms would be favorable.
