I now take great pleasure in stating, that six bottles of Indian Pana cea, restored me to perfect health, and I confidently recommend it to all similarly afflicted. JOHN FERGUSON, King st. Charleston, July 12, 1831. I was afflicted four years with an ulcer in the leg, occasionally accompanied with erysipelatious inflama tion and an excessive pain in the leg and ancle joint. Apalachicola, Oct 10, 1837 23 WASHINGTON ACADEMY AND TALBOTTON FEMALE SEMINARY. THE second term of these institutions will com mence on the 2<l Monday in July. The trustees take the greatest pleasure in recommending these in stitutions to the favor and patronage of the public.— From personal observation they have the most entire confidence in the moral and intellectual education, con ducted un .er their experienced and highly competent teachers. ■ The services of the present Teachers have been se cured for the space of three years. In the male de partment, Augustus K. Rugg, A. B. Principal; and Misses Lavinia S. Wadsworth,and Augusta A. Giles, teachers in female department. Two large and commodious rooms have been added to the Female Academy, for the purpose of Recitation, Music, Painting, and Drawing; and the Trustees pledge themselves that no pains shall be spared to place these among the best institutions in the country. The number of scholars in the Academies during the first term was about one hundred. In the male department are thoroughly taught all the branches of Academic and Collegiate courses of studies, in the best and most approved manner. WHEREAS Larkin Reynolds, by his petition, sheweth that Alexander Nelson, deceased, late of said county and St ;te, did, in his lifetime, on die fourteenth day of July, ISJS, enter into a bond and agreement in writing, a copy of which is filed in th e Court, to make titles to the following lots and parts ‘ lots of land, to wit: the north half of lot No. . : No. 100, lot No. 93, and two hundred and a half of lot No. 94, two acres of said lot being reserved fir the use of the meetinghouse called I .iberty, situated : said lot. all lying in one bo y in the 25th dis‘r:et oi originally Lee, now Stewart county ; and the said Alexander Nelson having died, without having per formed the same, or making provisions therefor by will, and prays this Court to direct Thomas S. Chap pell and William Nelson, executors of the last will and testament of the said Alexander Nelson deceased, to execute titles to the said lots and parts of lots of >and to him the said Larkin Reynolds. William Oliver, am held and firmly bound in the penal sum of seventeen hundred dollars unto Dossey Ivey, of Bald win county, for the payment of which, well and truly to be made, I bind myself, my heirs, executors, admi nistrators, and assigns, jointly and funiy by these presents. The condition of the above obligation is such that tiie above bound William Oliver, of Randolph county, has bargained and sold unto Dossey Ivey, of Baldwin county, one half section of land, containing three hun i dred and twenty acres, lying and being in the State of Alabantu and county of Barbour, it being the wesl half of section nine, township eleven, and range twenty nine. Now if the said William Oliver make, or cause to be made, good and lawful tittles 11 the above de scribed land, after the payment is made by the said Ivey of the sum of eight hundred and fifty dollars, then, and in that condition, the above bond to be null ami void, otherwise to remain in full force arid virtue in law, as though there was no condition to it.
