On the Ist of July, 1849,1 was so bad that I could not turn myself in bed, and the pain so severe that I had not slept a wink for six days. At this time my attending physician prescribed the“ Hebrew Plaster,” and it acted like a charm; the pain left me, ar.d I slept more than half of the night, and in three days 1 was able to ride out.
