in Ins lifetime execute to him his bond, conditioned to execute

ibirty-two, in the 3d dist of Baker cn.(novr Cali oiand it n r
her appearing,that said Mat. Perry man departed thisiife without
executing titles tor said land, or in any way nrovidir.gr thereror,
mil it.further appealing, that said Abner Mims has romplhd
with the condition of said bond on hi3 part, and petitioned tnis
court to direct Bi iijamin Collier, administrator on the estate of
said Matthew Perryman, deceased, to execute tides to him for
said hit of land,ln conformity with said bond, aud the statute
in raid case made and provided:
11 is therefore ordered, That notice be given at three or more
public places in said county, and in the Columbus Times and
Sentinel tor 3 months of such application, that all persons Oca
