The other place has on it a good set of log buildings. The mills are situated on the wa ters of the Notchaway, and consist of a good saw mill, grist mill and flourmill, tne latter being acknowledged the best flour mill in this portion of the'State—all in good order; fwith a good supply of piue timber for the saw and a greater demand lor lumber than can be supplied. The land is regarded as ex cellent for cotton. The present crop will prove the produc tiveness of the soil. The place is also will watered. The premises aie situated fifteen miles from Cuthbert,four teen from Lumpkin, live from Ilardmoncy and four from lfrooksville. This plantation is unusually well settled, having all the necessary buildings (framed) to accommodate two hund red negroes. It is well watered and healthy, and in point of fertility and location, these lands aro not surpassed by any in the State.
