Sale of Creek Indian Reserved Lands in Alabama. It cannot be equalled, by any place in or near the vicinity, for its natural beauty and noted bt alth fulness—there being no local cause whatever for sickness. The land is admirably adapted for building lots. The purchaser of the whole will be required to pay one-third in hand, the other in two Installments of twelve months, each, bearing in terest from date—if only the house and ten acres, cne-tkird in hand, the balance in two installments of 2 years, with interest from date.
