least ten days previous to the day of sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors ofan Estate must be publish

MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
BY VIRTUE of a trust reposed in us, under notice of
default from the Bond holders, we will offer for safe
at the market-house in the eity of Columbus, on the first
Tuesday in February next, the following property or so
much thererof as may be necessary to pay the outstanding
Bonds issued by said Company, to wit:
All those tracts of land in the city of Columbus, county
of Mnscogee and State of Georgia, known and designa
ted as Lot No. 1 of the Water Lot Company of the city
of Columbus survey, being all of said lot lying east of
the Canal Wall on said lot and extending to lots below ;
and running nearly north and south, together with theFac- J
tory and improvements situated on said lot; also a lot ;
commencing on the north west corner of said Factory lot,
No. 1, thence north 100 feet, thence east to a point at right
angles with the north west corner of the factory lot, !
thence south 100 feet, thence west to the point of begin- j
ning. Also, lot No. 191, as designated in the plan of the 1
City of Columbus, containing L acre more or less, being I
the same lot upon which is built the dwelling for the oper-* I
atives of the Coweta Falls Manufacturing Company, to- j
gether with all the right, members and appurtenances !

property contained in the Factory building, on lot No. 1, ;
to-wit: 18 Warp Fly Frames, of 96 Spindles each, 2 |
King Fellows’ Frames of 132 Spindles each; 2 Mules o i
256 Spindles each; 2 Dressers, 50 Looms, and all the ap
purtenanees thereunto belonging; 3 Wool Cards and
Jacks of 100 Spindles, together with all and every part of
the Machinery now in said building.
