first Tuesday in the month, between the hours of ten in
forenoon and three in the afternoon, at the Court Ilouse in
the county in which the property is situate. Nostices ol

previous to the day of sale.
Notice for the sale of Personal property must be given at
least ten days previous to the dav of sale.
Notice to Debtors and Creditors of an Estate must be
published forty days.
Notice that application will he made to the Court of Or
dinary for leave to sell Lane or Negroes, must be published
weekly for two months.
Citations ror Letters of Administration must he onblished
thirty days—for Dismiesion from Administration, mommy
six months—for Dismission from Guardianship,forty days.
Rules tor Foreclosure of ill or gage must be published
monthly for four months—for establishing lost papers for
the full space of three months—tor compelling titles from
