said corporation in accordance with a resolu¬
tion passed by its Board of Directors and a**
sented to and adopted by unanimous vote of
stockholders of said corporation ehtitUkl to
exercise two-thirds of all the voting power at
a stockholders’ meeting duly held for the pur¬
pose of considering said resolution on the 6th
day of of March, 1959, all as shown by certified
copy resolution attached as Exhibit A, and

METHOD: Put the rice, water
and salt in a 2-quart saucepan.
Bring to a vigorous boil. Turn
the heat down low. Cover with
a lid. Simmer over this low heat
14 minutes. Remove the sauce¬
pan from the heat but leave the
lid on 10 minutes.
While the rice cooks, mix to¬
gether the eggs, dark syrup,
sugar, vanilla and butter.
After the rice cooks, stir in the
milk. Cover and cook over low
heat until the milk is absorbed.
