in the 4th Land District of White County,
Georgia, containing 5 acres, more or Je3S,
described as follows:
Beginning at the junction of the Blue
Ridge Road and U.B. Highway No, 129;
thence north along the Blue Ridge Road
approximately 100 yards to a Black Oak
tree on the east, side of the Blue Ridge
Road; thenee in an easterly direction by
a Marked Oak tree to the center of Town
Creek; thence up Town Creek apptoxi
mately 50 feet to a point 10 fee: below the
Old Dam cite; thence westeily by a m.rk
oak tree to the blue Ridge Road ; thence
across the Blue Ridge Road following the
old fence row to an Oak tree on the high
ground; thence the high ground in a
southern direction to U. S. Highway at
the junction of said highway and the Blue
Ridge Road, the beginning point, and
fatly described in a deed from L, E Size
more and Bertha Sizemore dated January
16th, 1956, and recorded in deed book
'LL,”, page 486, Clerk’s Office White
County, Georgia, 10 secure a note for Two
Thousand Dollars, all shown by a secur¬
ity deed dated January 16th, 1956 and re¬
corded in tb« Clerk’s Office White County
Georgia, indeed book ’’LL”, page 499,
and whereas said note bats become in de¬
fault as to the principal and interest and
is unpaid;
Now, therefore, according to the origi
nal terms of said sucuiity deed and the
laws in such cases made and pt< video
the undereigue.d will expose for sale to
the highest and best biddet for cash the
above described lands, after proper ad¬
vertisement, on the tirst iutsday in May
1959, between the legal houts of Bile be¬
fore the court bouse door in Cleveland,
White County’ Georgia
Said property being sold as the proper¬
ty ofjI. V. Ash, deceased, and the pro¬
ceeds from said sale will be used, first to
the payment of said uole, principal and
interest and the expenses of sale, and the
balance, if any, delivered to Ihs estate of

2 cup* sifted enriched Vi to V* cup milk

'00k about 5 minutes. Blend in flour and pepper, Mix in tomatoes and cook
until thickened, stirring constantly. Blend in cheese. Add shrimp and peas,
Let simmer while preparing Drop Biscuits. Sift flour into bowl. Cut or rub in
ihortenirig until mixture is crumbly. Add enough milk to make a soft dough.
Pour shrimp mixture into greased 2-quart casserole. Drop biscuit dough by
Lablespoonfuls on top of hot casserole. Brush biscuits with butter or margarine.
Bake in hot oven (450°F.) about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
