• DOTING GRANDPA — Marvin Griffin is a mighty
busy man these days running for re-election as Governor
of Georgia, but he can’t resist taking a little time out to
admire his 5-month old grandson, S. Marvin Griffin 111.
Marvin’s son, popularly called Sam, is a helicopter pilot
on the USS aircraft carrier -Wasp? now at sea. The baby's
mether is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sam O. Hill, of
Cordele.

The petition of George Tolhurst,
Ethel Alice Tolhurst, Donald Fahrbach,
and led petitioners, Fahrbach, hereinafter cal¬
respectfully shows:
Petitioners desire for themselves,
their associates and successors to be
incorporated under the name of
“Yonah Vista Realty Corporation”
for a period of thirty-five (35) years,
with the privilege of renewal at the
expiration thereof.

pecuniary gain and profit to its
stockholders.

The general nature of the business
or businesses to be transacted and
the Corporate powers desired are as
follows:
(a) That of buying, selling, ex¬
changing, leasing, sub-dividing and
improving real estate, with all the
usual and necessary services for it¬
self and others; the construction,
erection, repairing and remodeling
of buildings and structures of all
types for itself and others and gen¬
erally and without any limitation or
restrictions whatsoever, to hold,
own, deal in or mortgage real estate
and personal property in the State

powers, privileges and immunities
enumerated in Section 22-1827 and
