The petition of the following facts:
ORD, INC. shows
1.
The principal office of petitioner is located
n Cleveland, White County, Georgia, and said
corporation was incorporated under the Corp¬
oration Act of 1938 on the 17th. day of
August, 1964, for a period of thirty five years.
2 .
This petition is brought to amend the char¬
ter of said corporation in the particulars here¬
inafter set out. This proposed amendment has
been favorably voted on and consented to by
i l of the stockholders of said corporation at
special meeting called for the purpose, as

the corporation attached hereto as Exhibit A
and made a part hereof.
Petitioner desires to have its charter
amended to change the corporate name of
petitioner to "Sosebee-Cline Ford Company,
Inc."
Petitioner files herewith a certificate from

name of petitioner is not the name of any

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that the

of the State of Georgia, whose charter was
granted on the 17th day of August, 1964, and

held on the 5th. day of July, 1965, duly called
tc r the purpose of acting upon a proposal to
□ mend the charter of the corporation, at which
time all of the Stockholders of the corporation
were present in person, the following resolu¬
tion was unanimously adopted.
Be it Resolved, that an amendment to the
charter of Sosebee-Thurmond Ford, Inc. char¬
ter be secured as provided by law, to change
the name of the corporation from it’s present
name to the name of “Sosebee-Cline Ford Com¬
pany, Inc.” The remainder of the existing
harter is to continue in its present form.
In Witness Wherefore, I have hereunto set
ny hand and affixed the seal of Sosebee-Thur
