EXCAVATOR SERVICE BID REQUEST The Jenkins County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for excavator service to move soil at the Jenkins County Landfill. This involves loading the soil onto county dump trucks to be hauled a short distance. Any interested party should contact the Commissioners' Office and speak with Grady Lane should there be questions concerning the size, duration and conditions of this job. Sealed bids should be mailed or delivered to the Commissioners' Office by February 11, 2009 before 5:00 P.M. The bids will be opened at the Commissioners by monthly meting to be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 7:00 P.M.
