The indebtedness secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full by reason of default under the provi sions of said Deed to Secure Debt and the terms of the Note secured thereby, and sale will be made for the purpose of applying the proceeds thereof to the payment of the indebtedness and inter est thereon, attorney’s fees and ex penses of sale, and the balance, if any, shall be applied as provided by law.
