WHEREAS, heretofore on February
1, 2000, HOWARD PAUL BURKE did
deliver to THOMAS E. PROCTOR, a
Deed to Secure Debt conveying the
land described in Schedule oAo below;
And,
WHEREAS, said Deed to Secure
Debt was executed to secure a Note of
even date therewith between HOWARD
PAUL BURKE to THOMAS E. PROC
TOR in the original amount of
$23,000.00, including any renewals
