Substance was field tested positive for methamphetamine/ MDMA. The (1) 1979 Cadillac Deville, Georgia Tag #AVW4413, VIN, #6D47599206366 was seized as it was directly or indirectly used or intended for use to facilitate a drug transaction, to- wit: possession of Methamphetamine/ MDMA.
