Christmas Parade At PruittBethany
By Joe Brady
Millen News editor
Members of the community
participated in an impromptu
Christmas parade
Wednesday, for residents of
the PruittBethany facility.
“I would like to thank our
community, employees,
families, and residents for
organizing and participating
in this event.” Regina Bell,
director of the facility said.
Since the pandemic,
visitors to the facility have
been restricted, leaving
residents unable to see loved
ones. This drive by parade is
one of several the leadership
and staff at PruittBethany
have scheduled since the
beginning of the pandemic.
Covid-19 vaccines are
currently being delivered
to rural areas of Georgia.
Whereas no delivery or
administering date for the
vaccine has been decided for
residents of PruittBethany,
the month of January is
anticipated.
