Library programs
return during
Christmas
-Sharon Blank
We have quite a busy December coming up! The holi
day season is here, and it’s time to celebrate by returning
to in-person programs, all with a sprinkle of seasonal
spirit.
First of all, we have the return of our adult Paint @ the
Library class! On Saturday, December 4 at 11 am, we
will have a class on how to paint a classic “stockings by
the fireplace” scene. All materials are provide for free,
but space is limited so sign up now.
Next, we will start up storytime once again! Every
Tuesday at 4 pm, we will read the kids a seasonal story
and show them how to make a cute craft related to the
story. It’s a ton of fun for the little ones, and it will
begin on Tuesday, December 7 at 4 pm!
And of course, we’ll still be having our immensely
popular Crafts To Go available for you to take home and
enjoy! Every week, there is a new children’s craft, and
every other week there is a new teen or adult project.
Monday, December 13, we will be closed for a staff
development day.

New at the library: “Santa Cruise” by Fern Michaels. Back in high school, Amy, Frankie, Rachael and Nina were
inseparable. Fifteen years later, they get together back in their hometown, and the bond they formed as teenagers is
still there, strong as ever. Their lives, however, have changed in many ways, following different paths but all becoming
strong and successful - yet they are all still single. However, Frankie has a plan to fix that, and have a lot of fun doing
it. They’re going to go on a cruise together - a singles cruise for the holidays, where they’ll hopefully find true love
under the Christmas tree!
Well, that’s all for now - see you at the library!
