themillennews .com The Millen News Wednesday, December 29, 2021 Page 3 Buffalo Chicken Dip 1 cup Sour cream 8 oz, Cream cheese, melted 1 Cup Frank’s Buffalo Sauce 2-3 lg. cans of chicken or 1 baked chicken Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Optional: 1 package dry Ranch dressing mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees I put the cream cheese into the microwave for 1 minute to melt. You may also use your favorite buffalo sauce if you prefer. Mix the three ingredients thoroughly before adding either canned or baked chicken. Canned chicken is easiest and tastes great. I get 6 small cans of white meat chicken or 2 or 3 big cans and drain thoroughly before adding into mixing bowl. Cover top with shredded cheese, I prefer sharp cheddar but other types are great, too. Add dry ranch pack into IN THE KITCHEN WITH P^/ mixture and stir well. Cook for 30 minutes in oven on 375 deg. Wait 10 minutes to cool before serving and I love corn chips to eat with it. It is delicious! Slow Cooker Boston Butt Place Boston Butt in crockpot then add: Onion soup mix Bbq sauce Chopped onion Black pepper Salt Chili powder Paprika Garlic powder Oregano Onion powder Basil 15 oz. can of pineapple- optional Worcestershire sauce Mustard Soy sauce Season salt Then cook on low for 4-6 hours and enjoy!
