M. Crow aga nst J. A. Crow, S: B. Crow
and W. D. Hawkins. I will offer for sale
before the curt house door mi 'nm
ming*, in said county, within the legal
hours of sale, on the first Tuesday in
May, 1910, to the highest bidder for
cash, lot of lanu number eight hundred
and three, in the 14111 district and first
section in said county, containing forty
acres, more or less, upon which is situat
ed a good tenant house and other out
bnildings. Sold under said decree to
convey the entire and full title of all the
parties to said suit and for the purpose
of distributing the funds arising from
said sale, after the payment of costs and
expenses of sale, between the *aid S M
Crow and J A Crow, as directed in said
decree. April 4th, 1910.
