FARMERS & MERCHANTS BANK BUILDING
A certain lot located on the National High
way in the Town of Cumming, Ga., and fronting
45 feet on the North side of said highway, and
extending back North of uniform width a dis
tance of 72 feet. This tract has a two story
brick building located thereon, and is known
as the bank building and Henry Hurt store
house.
This property will be sold in two sections; one
will contain the bank room and three front
offices up stairs, and the other will contain the
Henry Hurt store room and three back rooms.
Each purchaser shall have equal right to out
side stairway and hallway.
GEO. W. HEARD BUILDING.
Located at the Northwest corner of the Pub
lic square, in the Town of Cumming, Ga., and
fronting 60 feet thereon, and extending back
West of uniform width a distance of 86 feet tc
a 22 foot alley, and being known as the Geo.
W. Heard storehouse, being part of the same
pioperty. conveyed by R. Y. Barrett, Trustee, to
the Farmers & Merchants Bank, on June 27,
1922. The North half of this building is leased
to Barrett Bros, for five years commencing Jan
1, 1924, at $25.00 per month, payable monthly,
the South half not being rented at this time.
This building to be sold in two sections; one
will contain the store rooms now occupied by
Barrett Bros. (North of the downstairs and up
stairs petition), and the other the remainder of
the building, (which has more floor space than
the part occupied by Barrett Bros).
ALLEN GIN PROPERTY.
Situated, lying and being in the Second Dis
rict and First Section, of said County of For*
syth, and consisting of 20 acres, more or less, of
lot of land No. 1025, described as follows: Be
ginning at a point on the West side of Camming
and Atlanta road, going by way of Ocee, and
running a straight line by a stump in an easterly
diiection to branch on east side of Duluth road,
thence down said branch to intersection of
branch just east of Gin, thence up said branch to
original line on South side of said lot, thence
West with original line to the Southwest corner

MARCUS STEPHENS OR BURRUSS LAND
ONE HALF INTEREST IN.
In the Thirt District and First Section of For
syth County, Ga., acres, more or less, and
consisting of all of lot of land No. 1125 lying
East of the Tribble Gap public road, and ail
that part of lot i/f land N0.1109 lying South of
Public road leading from E. S. Harris place and
residence to residence of Frank Merritt.
KENNEDY GRAMBLING OLD PLACE
Lying and being in the Town of Cumming,
Ga., and being the East part of what is known
as the Kennedy Grambling place, bounded on
the East by the W. A. Robbs place, fronting
162(4 feet on the South side of what is known
as North Canton Street, the corner marked by an
iron stob driven into the ground, and bounded
on the West by the house and lot now occupied
by S. F. Orr and family, the line dividing said
place running from the iron stob on North Can
ton Street direct to another iron stob on South
Canton Street, 140 feet from the corner of the
above named W. A. Robbs's place.
FOUR TOWN LOTS.
Lying and being in the Town of Cumming,
Ga., county of Forsyth, consisting of town lots
Nos. 30 and 31, each fronting 70 feet on the
West side of Sawnee avenue and running back
West 117 feet on the North side of No. 30, and
84(4 on the South side of No. 31 and also
Nos. 32 and 33, each fronting 76 feet on the East
side of Friendship street and running back Ea*t
to the first named lots 117 feet on the North
side of No. 32 and 84(4 feet on the South side
of No. 33. These four lots all lie together and
are bounded on the West by Friendship street,
south by Chestnut street, East by Sawnee Ave
nue, and North by an alley between the Heard
lands and the land now owned by John Black,
as shown by a plat of said lands, recorded in
Book 2, page 542, Forsyth Cos., Ga.

FOWLER PROPERTY.
Lying and being in the Third District and
First Section of Forsyth County, Ga., described
as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner
of W. C. Groover's garden, and running due
North with the stock (wire) fence to where it
connects with the fence of John D. Black, form
erly owned by Mrs. W. R. Otwell, thence West
along said fence between this tract and John D.
Black's land to corner of cleared patch of J.
P. Fowler, thence along said fence in a souther
ly direction to road in front of residence of J. P.
Fowler, thence along said road to starting point,
and containing 8 acres more or less. Also 34
acres more or less described as follows: Be
• ginning at a point on the road in front of the res
[ idence of J. P. Fowler, where the road leads
r along the “Sid Haywood property", thence a
l long said road in a westerly direction to the cor
: ner of the pine field of Sid Haywood to the origi
l nal line running North and South, thence South
along said original line to the corner between
this property, J. B. Durham and Miss Galatia
Cobb and Sister, being indicated by a three
pronged oak tree, thence in a Northwesterly di
rection to a poplar on the edge of the bottom,
with the top broken off near the wire fence,
thence around the wire fence in a northern di
rection to the original line at the creek; thence
up the old road to the starting point in the front
of the residence of J. P. Fowler. This tract con
sisting of parts of lots of land Nos. 1248, and
1273 in the 3rd district and Ist section of said
county. Both tracts aggregating 42 acres more >
or less. This property is rented for the year
1924 on the Third and Fourth plan. Also a2O i
foot alley from West Canton street extending 1
North to private road running to J. P. Fowler
residence.
GEO. L. MERRITT WAREHOUSE.
In the Town of Cumming, Ga., what is known
as the Geo. L. Merritt warehouse and lot, front
ing 100 feet on the South side - of street leading
out West from the Southwest corner of the Pub
lic Square in said town, and running back South
from the same corner of said Public Square, a
distance of 175 feet along the alley leading
South from the same corner of the Square,
bounded on the West by the Allen or Norrell
warehouse.

ALBERT W. PRUITT FARM.
Twenty five (25) acres of lot of land
No. 1127 in the Third District and First Section
of Forsyth County, Ga., and being all of said
lot except 15 acres on the West side thereof,,
heretofore sold off to H. J. Harris. Also all of
lots of land Nos. 1177 and 1178, in said district
and section, except 15 acres heretofore sold to H
J. Harris, on the North side of said two lots, said
15 acres extending all the way across lot of land
No. 1177 and part of the way across lot of land
No. 1178. Also 23 acres, more or less, of lots of
land Nos. 1177 and 1200 of said District and
Second Section, bounded as follows towit:

Albert W. Pruitt, thence running due West with
public road 80 rods, thence South, the line be
tween A. W. Pruitt and H. I. Foster, 32 rods/

thence a northerly direction with the branch to
public road, a distance of 660 rods, thence with
the public road a distance of 60 rods, thence
with the public road a distance of 28 rods to
starting point, ati of said descibed poperty con
taining in the aggregate 88 acres more or less.
This farm is rented for the year 1924 on the
Third and Fourth plan, purchaser, of course, to
get rents.
MOONEY FARM.
In the 14th District and Ist Section in Forsyth
County, Georgia, consisting of 53 and One-
Third acres, more or less, consisting of a strip
extending across the South side of lot No. 482
containing 13 and One Third acres, being all of
said lot except that part owned by G. T. Kellogg
the line extending from a rock on the East line
of said lot to a rock on the West line put up by
H. C. Williams, County Surveyor, upon a divis
ion of said land lot and lot No. 535 in said dis
trict and section.
WHEELER TOWN LOT (WEST SIDE OF
PUBLIC SQUARE.)
In the Town of Cumming, Forsyth County,
Ga., located on the West side of the Public
Square, a town lot fronting 90 feet on said
Square (Tribble Gap St.) and extending back
West a distance of 85 feet, of uniform width.
This lot joins the (new) Heard brick building
on the North.
W. O. HARRIS OR GILBERT PLACE.
In the 2nd District and Ist Section in Forsyth
County, Ga., a certain tract of parcel of land
containing one acre more or less part of lot of
land No. 794 whereon Guy Gilbert now lives,
fully described in deed from W. O. Harris to M.
W. Webb, Liq. Agent, dated Oct. 20th, 1922.
Said farm ha;- a three room dwelling on it and
