Vulcan’s Advantages
i/ Well constructed of best material; nicely finished. Mod
eled to run stead.y and do first-class work with least possi
| ble draft. Landslide, Standard and Point are interlocked;
T Wirevents straining out of shape. Moldboard is rib strength
te ened, reducing mold breakage to the minimum. Shin piece,
4ull chilled, always sharp, very durable. Point is of char-
E coal iron, has Patented extension, long snoot chill, wide
JK edge chill, and face chill. It is the strongest, best wearing
most economical chill point made. Do not forget the Coru
gated point! Stays sharp longer, w’ears better, plows hard
ground easier, and costs NO MORE than a plain point.

To The Voters of Chattooga County
I deem it proper to say to you
I that, should I be nominated and
elected your State Senate, I will
not, during my term of office
favor any legislation repealing
what is known as the prohibition
act, passed by the present Legis
lature, at its session in 1907, or
any legislation altering that act,
unless it be some act or acts in
troduced by the active triends of
the measure and intended to per
fect it in some way. Before any
effort should be made to alter it
in any material particular, I be
lieve it should have a fair trial of
rigid enforcement by the people
of the state, for an ample time to
fully determine the wisdom, or
unwisdom of all its provisions.
R. Y. Rudicil.
The class for Bible study will
meet with Mrs. T. P. Taylor
Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock.
To the Democratic Voters of Ga.
I am a candidate for State
Treasurer subject to the action
of the Democratic party in the
approaching State primary. In
making this announcement I re
fer with confidence and a par
donable degree of pride to my
long service in the treasurer de
partment, covering a period of
more than twenty years, during
which time I looked after the fi.
nancial interests of the State as
well as the interests of deposit
ors in the various banks with ap
parent satisfaction tjpme people.
My record in this /iffice will, I
believe, be accepted as a suffic
ient guarantee that the duties of
this important trust will be faith
fully performed if again placed
in my charge. I earnestly solic
it the support of my fellow citi
zens. Very Respectfully,
Wm. J. SPEER.
