IN MEMORY Os Our Worthy Brother, Ben F. Vaughn Whereas, the great Supreme Ruler of the universe, has in his Infinite wisdom, called from la bor to rest one of our esteemed brethren in the person of brother B. F. Vaughn. And whereas the long and intimate relation held with him in the faithful disehargt of his duties in Lyerly Lodge, No 338 F. & A. M. makes it eminent ly befitting that we record our appreciation for him. Brother B. F. Vaughn was borr in South Carolina July 6th, 1850, and was married to Miss Sallie Kellett, in the fall of 1865, and to them were born seven children three boys and four girls. He was a member the the Methodist church for thirty odd years. Brother Vaughn was made a Mas ter Mason January 4th, 1906, and on December 10th, 1908, his lleav only Father called him to his rich reward. Res Ived, That the wisdom and ability which he has exercised in the aid of our lodge by service, contribution and council will be held in remembrance. Resolved, That the sudden re moval of such a life from among our midst leaves a vacancy and a shadow that will be deeply re alized by all the brethren of Ly erly Lodge, and will prove a great loss to the community in which he lived. Resolved, That with deep sym- I pathy with the bereaved relatives of the deceased, we express our hope that even so great a loss to us all may be overruled for good by him who doeth all things well.
