In a letter recently received by
friends here from Mr. Carlton Wheel

the man who was made marksman
for their company. Carlton lacked
only five points of reaching the goal.

I NEW SODA FOUNTAIN |
We have just installed in connection with our New Soda Fountain one of the
best system of water works in North Georgia. &
We are now operating not only the cleanest but the latest improved and
most sanitary fountain in Summerville. Our water comes direct from Cleghorn’s
big spring and is connected with our fountain in four different places. Every glass,
f/ every dish and piece of fountain is washed with fresh water every time it is used
and our drainage system is perfect.
Pure Crushed Fruit, Fruit Juices and Nuts S
We use only the purest of fruit, fruit juice and nuts that have stood the Govern
ment test, which is an absolute guarantee of purity to our customers.
| Ice Cream |
We use only the pure separated Cream right from the separator (the same sep- jp
arator that furnishes Sprague and other big cream manufacturers) with pure
<■* crushed fruit to make our cream, which will stand any government test. You run
no risk to let your small children eat our cream for it is true to name.
| Nice, Quiet Sitting Room f
Not being willing to stop with what we have already done we have arranged in
the rear of the front room of our store just in front of the big plate glass mirrow
a nice quiet sitting room, where you can rest in comfort while you eat our pure
creams and drink the purest soda water on earth. B 5
g Accommodations |
JR We have the nicest fountain, more room and better accommodations than any
other fountain in Summerville. The daily increase in our soda business is con-
elusive evidence to us that our friends appreciate our effort in this line. j||
JK We extend to the public a cordial invitation to visit our store and inspect the ®
kitchen of our fountain, and entire system, Yours for business

The Revival Meeting at Chattooga
Church.
Thinking that a report of our
meeting at Chattooga church in Wal
ker county, would be of interest to
some of your readers, I wish to give
the following account:
The meeting began on the second
Sunday night in August and contin
ued 10 days. The preaching was done
by myself with the exception of three
days, and Bro. Abe Sizemore did
the preaching on these days. From
the very first service there was an
abiding interest manifest on the part
of sinners, and the interest contin
ued to increase all the week.
Sunday night there was an appar
ent relaxation of interest to a small
extent on account of rain. The meet
ing was said to be the best held in
.years. As a result of the meeting we
had 37 additions to the church, 30
by experience and 7 by letter; 2
may yet join by letter at the next
meeting.
The church was greatly revived and
th' re was almost as much interest
manifested at the closing service last
Wednesday as at the first of the
meeting. To Jesus Christ be all the
iglory.
Yours in His service,
W. M. GRIFFITT.
